Vaco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator with potential for contract-to-hire to join our client and support their C-suite executives with administrative tasks and project coordination.

Role Overview:
As a Long-Term Interim Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients C-suite executives by assisting with administrative tasks and project coordination. This role is similar to that of a Project Coordinator but with a focus on directly supporting C-suite members. You will be responsible for reviewing and preparing binders, which are essential materials used for presenting and reviewing project initiatives, board meetings, and other key events. Additionally, you will assist a C-Suite executive, who oversees all recruiting efforts for the company, by coordinating and arranging interviews and other recruiting-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review binders and reporting materials at the C-level.
Assist in coordinating team tasks, including those related to the recruiting process (scheduling interviews, etc.).
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, as you will have exposure to all areas of the business, including the family's private operations.
Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including combining files), and Visio (light).
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes and shifting priorities.
Take initiative and proactively identify opportunities to support the team in achieving objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and strong planning skills.
Previous experience preparing binders and reporting materials at the C-level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio (light).
Ability to coordinate team tasks, including those related to recruiting processes.
Demonstrated business acumen and maturity.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
