The Opportunity:
In this role you will: ​

Consolidate team action items and track their completion​

Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned​

Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results​

Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible​

Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time​

Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications​

Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program data​

Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary​

Support development and updates of monthly reporting​

Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

We would love to hear from you if you:​

Have experience in data analysis for a large construction project

Have gained between 3-5 years of project coordination or similar experience​

Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review​

Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics​

Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions

Salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $100,000, but actual salary offered will be dependent upon education, skills, and experience
