The office assistant's responsibilities include reporting directly to the manager and fulfilling operations duties in the manager’s absence. As a Fullfilment Assistant, you will:

- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient office environment for production
- Pack, deliver, and fulfill all D2C & B2B orders from all sales channels as needed
- Ensure goods are packed to meet the stipulated quantity and quality standards
- Oversee producing necessary product inventory
- Monitor product inventory and office supplies
- Report inventory and office supply needs to management and be accountable for replenishing low stock items for production and order fulfillment
- Pick up, organize, and deliver packages
- Analyze all operations to share suggestions for improvement
- Improve quality, productivity, and profitability of processes and procedures
- Uphold a safe, welcoming, and collaborative team culture and work environment

**You have**:

- Interest in hands-on operations and/or e-commerce
- Efficient, organized, reliable, curious, and friendly personality
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work on various projects in parallel
- Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Japanese and English is a huge plus

**Requirements**:

- Open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality

- Love for tea with an interest in Japanese culture
- 1-2 years of order fulfillment experience

**Job Type**: Part-Time (opportunity to become full time based on performance)

**Schedule**: 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts

**Work Location**: NY-based, in-person

**Compensation**:$16 - $17.25 per hour
