**Job Summary**:
The Land Warfare & Air Defense (LWAD) business area is looking for an enthusiastic **early in career** finance professional to support the Patriot Romania Business Management Finance team as a cost, schedule and control analyst. The selected individual will be a key part of the Business Management Finance team in supporting the overall finance requirements of the Patriot EUCOM programs.

The role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and/or onsite) and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work may be expected up to 2 times per week in Tewksbury, MA. Relocation is not being offered._**

**Responsibilities to Anticipate**:

- Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and reports inclusive of monthly Earned Value reporting, development of quarterly EAC's
- Perform detailed financial analysis for both total CBT and functional area level cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions, process approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs)
- Ensure all changes are incorporated into control systems, support the program EV Manager in executing the earned value and EAC requirements of the program, support inquires and investigations into billing and funding questions/issues and other ad hoc request.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related filed
- Typically requires 2 years of related work experience
- Experience with Excel (ex: Pivot tables, Vlookups)
- Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or Estimate at Complete Analysis (EACs) or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude with strong desire for experiential learning
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
