We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join our Program Design & Planning organization at Raytheon. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements/scope provided by the customer.
- Maintain the IMS throughout the program's lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to ensure realistic, current contract schedule baselines.
- Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases.
- Resource load the IMS for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrate thorough cost and schedule integration.
- Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance.
- Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Life Cycle Risk Evaluation (LRE) processes as they relate to the Program IMS.
- Assist with development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software).
- Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
- Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Prior work experience analyzing schedule data, including driving paths, schedule metrics, and trends, and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated understanding of product development principles, including Agile Software development.
- Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with any of the following: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM) or similar EVMS tools and software applications such as Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, and Deltek MPM Connect.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
