We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, providing high-quality patient care while enjoying a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver post-acute care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Conduct intakes and document patient health concerns and medical histories
- Review patient medical records and charts, and contribute to a safe and comfortable environment
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and help medical staff with orientation and training
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Competitive hourly pay range: $43-$55
