**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Primary focus on daily invoicing including invoicing complex projects.
- Verifying accurate costs are applied to the projects.
- Create invoices for warranty and non-warranty orders.
- Integrate invoices from one software to another with a high rate of accuracy.
- Coordinate with other areas of operation to obtain information related to customer accounts and orders, as needed to complete the invoicing process.
- Use multiple software systems with accurate detail.
- Perform research as needed to ensure orders are accurate.
- Invoice service engineer tickets.
- Create and maintain service support blocks, invoice block requests, create and maintain service block agreements, and maintain block reference spreadsheets.
- Setup tickets in ConnectWise and update as needed.
- Order and manager warranty parts claims for all vendors, receive and distribute parts, return defective parts, and update claims for all vendors.
- Create purchase orders, receive parts, and update information for accounting department.
- Source and quote parts for technicians, engineers, and sales support.

- Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles and procedures

**Knowledge, Education & Experience**
- Must demonstrate intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with ConnectWise a plus
- Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
