Home Care Pulse (HCP), a SaaS leader in the post-acute healthcare market, just created a seat on our senior living sales team for an **Account Executive** to fuel our growth.

First, a bit about HCP. Your charter has several components:

- Exceed revenue goals through active management of net new and existing sales accounts in a named territory.
- Understand and build rapport through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Meet weekly activity levels to successfully build sales funnel.
- Fluently speak to challenges in the healthcare industries we serve and recommend Home Care Pulse products as solutions.
- Actively learn and track industry trends, needs, and impacts.
- Build and manage relationships in a named territory.

**Work at all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, nurturing, and closing**:

- You may be a current Account Executive with a strong sales record or a BDR with an exceptional track record looking to move into a closing role.
- Experience in software sales is a plus, but we believe our onboarding and training program can help you make the jump into software sales if it is your first time.
- Experience with go-to-market tech stacks like Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Salesloft, Docusign is preferred but not required.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others, particularly Sales and Marketing.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

**Customer-Centric Approach**:

- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Track record of building strong customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Adaptability and Innovation**:

- Willingness to adapt to changes in the market and industry trends.
- Creative problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges and explore new opportunities.
- Ability to introduce and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry developments and leverage market insights in customer and prospect conversations.
