Freedom Home Care is a private duty home care, home nursing, and medical staffing agency based in Highland Park. We partner AL/IL/SNF facilities and home based clients to provide them with quality caregivers and nursing professionals. We are searching for an outstanding Staffing Coordinator to help maintain our organization of healthcare professionals. Our Staffing Coordinator will support the team and their schedules to ensure optimal coverage. In this role, you will develop strong relationships. You will manage shifts for our teams in the field and the communities we serve. No two days are ever the same

**As the Scheduling Coordinator you will**:

- Build and maintain connections and relationships with staff and facilities
- Coordinate with our staff regarding scheduling changes
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and critical concerns

**This position is ideal for you if you are**:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience in home care or a facility setting
- High energy and skilled in balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Personable and out-going
- Self-motivated with excellent initiative and drive
- Excellent with handling customer service situations
- Great at problem solving
