Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Think Together. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing daily staffing for after-school programs at schools within our regions and other districts with Think Together programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily staffing for after-school programs, including assigning substitute program leaders to sites.
  • Work with various schedules and absence reports to ensure accurate staffing.
  • Independently handle other aspects of substitute staffing to meet program objectives and staffing parameters.
  • Assist with regional office operations, including purchasing and facilities management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to callers and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Log in visitors, issue visitor badges, and distribute mail and packages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Use time effectively to assist with clerical or administrative tasks and projects as requested or assigned.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly desk and reception area at all times.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff to accomplish work in a timely fashion.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior administrative support role experience.
  • High school diploma required; two-year minimum college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience with educational settings and operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of $21.50.
