**Position**:
**_*This is an in-office role Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at our Midtown Manhattan office._**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct general office duties that may include, but are not limited to: filing, data entry, scheduling, ordering meals, dictation, among other tasks
- Provide phone coverage, professionally prescreening and fielding phone calls and redirecting, as appropriate; distribute messages in a timely and appropriate manner
- Organize files to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Conduct in-depth Internet/Web research, as needed

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ administrative experience supporting a senior level executive in a corporate office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Attention to detail, with strong commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a public relations, marketing, and/or advertising firm a plus

- In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $30/hr. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and location._
