We are committed to your professional development and we have been voted a Best Place to Work for multiple years. ResponsibilitiesThe YPTC Manager’s primary role is to help hire and retain staff and help obtain and retain clients.Ensure Staff Satisfaction Ensure Client SatisfactionClient Risk Management & Quality ControlBusiness Development and Client SalesStaff Recruitment & Training Staff Scheduling; Manage Accounts ReceivableQualificationsWe are seeking an exceptional manager with:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, advanced degree and/or CPA a plus10+ yrs of progressively responsible experience including positions in public accounting and/or as a Controller or CFO preferred Knowledge of or desire to learn multiple accounting software packages and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExceptional communication, both verbal and writtenProven ability to successfully manage multiple projectsA high level of tact and professionalism in resolving conflictsThe ability to work independently and willingness to travel to client offices and other YPTC offices when it is safe to do so.Dedication to staying current on accounting pronouncement updatesNonprofit accounting experience, CPA firm and consulting experience requiredProof of Covid-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment YPTC Offers: #LI-HybridCompetitive compensation Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Full benefits package401(k) retirement plan  Professional development reimbursementCompany events and team building activities to promote culture Covid-19 responsibile workplace and a hybrid work environment Starting annual base salary is $135,000 to $165,000 for this full-time exempt position.
