We are the premiere non-profit provider of comprehensive, quality support for adults and children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Western Maryland
This is a one-person operation, with some administrative support. You would be responsible for all recruitment activities in a high-volume environment which includes hiring over 200 people per year in various positions from caregivers to senior level managers and every position in between Responsibilities include ensuring the recruiting message complements the marketing efforts; attending job fairs; building relationships with colleges; posting jobs on social media, including print and radio (not all inclusive); conducting telephonic prescreens and facilitating interviews with responsible managers. This is a full-time hourly position and benefits include:
**Paid time off**: 14 days the first year and 20 days the second year

**Requirements**:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a business-related field preferred.
One year of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment. Two years' experience in the Human Resources field preferred.
Possesses a valid driver's license with at least two (2) year of driving experience
Computer literate and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Must be professional, engaging and support the agency's mission to empower all to achieve meaningful lives.
