2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

4. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

5. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

6. Prepare and edit documents, including memos, letters, and reports.

7. Update and maintain office databases and filing systems.

8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

9. Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

10. Assist with special projects and events as needed.

11.Must be able to work with non profit organizations.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy.

8. Professional demeanor and appearance.

9. Experience with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, preferred.

10. Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. We offer flexibility in timing.

**Salary**:
$15 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
