**Responsibilities**:
**Engage with Warm Leads**: Take ownership of warm leads generated through marketing efforts, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
**Onboard Hard Money Lenders**: Develop and maintain relationships with hard money lenders, understanding their underwriting criteria, and facilitating their seamless onboarding onto the Approva platform.
**Offer Expert Guidance**: Provide expert advice to clients on how to maximize the benefits of our client's platform to meet their lending goals and objectives.
**Drive Sales and Close Deals**: Conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
**Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and provide valuable feedback for continuous product improvement.
**Maintain Accurate CRM Records**: Keep precise and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
