**Purpose and Scope**:The Business Development position is responsible for locating, researching and initiating business relationships which then transform into sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifies potential clients in the target market and completes appropriate research to determine prospects' business and equipment needs.
- Contacts and presents company and its products to potential clients.
- Creates and gives presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Develops burgeoning relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partners with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals to both current and prospective clients.
- Negotiates contract terms with clients and communicates those terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborates with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
- Regularly reports on activity and sales results.
- All other duties as required.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of similar sales success.

Can be based out of Orange County.

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 + Commission.
