**Compensation package**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Door to door sales.
- Attend weekly sales training meetings.
- Educate clients on renewable energy and help them determine if solar is the right solution for their home.
- Become a sales leader through our training and development programs.
- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met.

**Solar Sales Consultant Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of outside sales experience (recommended not required).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively explain solar energy concepts to clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
