As the **Business & Legal Affairs Adminstrator Manager, KIDZ BOP** you'll be a key member of team that manages Business and Legal Affairs for the diverse KIDZ BOP business, and, as time permits, take on other tasks in support of Concord’s frontline labels and catalog division. Assist other departments, divisions and teams. Works under general supervision.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you'll do**:

- Handle a wide range of administration duties across the KIDZ BOP business and other label imprints
- Draft standard agreements including but not limited to transactions involving performing ensembles, audio-visual productions, marketing initiatives, sponsorships and brand development deals
- Maintain tracking charts and document templates
- Advise on matters specifically related to minors who are engaged in music/entertainment
- Oversee the live touring business and related matters
- File and maintain KIDZ BOP sound recording copyright registrations
- Review label copy, artwork and other legal lines for KIDZ BOP releases, and other imprints as needed
- Tend to general Business Affairs Administration Recorded Music matters, and specific assignments beyond KIDZ BOP as directed

Qualifications:
**What you'll need**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the music industry within the business and legal affairs department at a record label or at a law firm
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience working in children’s entertainment is a plus
- Self-starter, who has the desire to be proactive, take initiative and be resourceful
- Must have superb accuracy, be extremely detail-oriented, complete tasks in accordance with instructions and possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, team environment and complete a heavy volume of work
- Ability to handle and safeguard highly confidential, sensitive or proprietary information

**Salary Range: $75,000 - 85,000**
- **This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.**
