Front Desk Administrator

Duties
- Manage complaints from customers as required.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding office policies and procedures.
- Act as interpreter for customers when required as well as deny appointments if necessary.
- Provide executive support to the Director, Pentagon Access Control Branch.
- Gather and prepare the monthly program statistics.
- Ensure all security requirements are adhered to regarding the Pentagon badge program.
- Establish and maintain excel lists, develop summary reports, and manage the tracking systems.
- Analyze work requirements to determine resources (staff, equipment, etc.) needed and makes necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and economical operations.
- Collect and ensure all timesheets and sign-in/sign-out sheets are submitted to the corporate office at the end of each pay period.
- Report to the upper management (corporate office) any failure to abide by the contract policies and procedures (i.e. T&A policy, dress code policy, etc.)
- Minimize negative ICE comments by mitigating possible issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working on a government contract
- Familiar with Government Common Access Cards Issuance processes
- Strong organizational skills and is detail oriented
- Notable proofreading and typing skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
- Experience with general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Front Desk Adminitrative Assistance: 5 years (preferred)
