**Essential functions**:

- Manage accounts receivable outreach activities
- Supervise the daily deposit and customer payments
- Generate and post invoices
- Research and solve invoice disputes, customer queries, and other billing issues
- Support the finance department by answering questions concerning billing, sales adjustments
- Identify and collaborate on solutions for AR process deficiencies
- Follow-up on delinquent accounts, update and maintains accurate financial records including accounting, receivable, and credit records.
- Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules
- Gathers purchase orders, create spending reports and prepares payments.
- Maintain all payment, receipt, and other transaction records.
- Handling all requests for account corrections and/or transfers.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Bachelors Preferred
- 2+ years in similar role
- Experience in Microsoft accounting systems (Dynamics NAV a plus)
- Microsoft CRM and Office suite knowledge
- Excellent active listening, multitasking abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have time management skills and be detail oriented

**Physical Requirements necessary with or without a *reasonable accommodation**:
