About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrative Specialist to join our team at Snider Fleet Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our managers and employees, ensuring seamless interactions between our organization and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Process daily billing and AP invoices according to company procedures
  • Learn and utilize our FleetSMART customer tracking system
  • Assist with monthly inventory processes and provide product information to customers
  • Field calls from customers and vendors regarding AP/AR matters
  • Quote prices and provide product information to customers
  • Fill in as needed in other areas of the business
  • Follow all safety rules and demonstrate a safety-conscious mindset
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
