Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital
- Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous accounting software knowledge a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles
- U.S Citizen
