Front Office Onboarding Coordinator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a warm reception and extend greetings to guests in a well-maintained and organized office environment.
- Capable of simultaneously documenting notes on the company’s ATS while answering the phones with a positive demeanor.
- Initiates, document, and scan applicant pre-hire forms.
- Schedule and conduct timely follow-ups with applicants with missed appointments.
- Conduct drug screens and E-Verify Audits while documenting results.
- Assist applicants with the onboarding process both in person and over the phone.
- Prescreen applicants to ensure their profile information is accurate and up to date.
- Accurately complete I-9 forms and execute E-Verify verifications in compliance with federal regulations.
- Initiate background checks.
- Assist multiple individuals concurrently during the onboarding process.
- Administer confidential drug screening processes with professionalism and legality.
- Additional responsibilities assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional in-person and phone-cased customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective organization and multitasking capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently yet a collaborative team player by adapting in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, common sense, and determination
Preferences:
- Previous experience in a staffing firm
- Experience with BullHorn
- Familiarity with Labor Laws
This job will operate in a professional environment and will routinely use standard office equipment. Sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, and reaching are frequently required of this job.
