Job Summary:  We are looking for a competent Onsite Coordinator for one of our clients located in Abbeville. As an Onsite Coordinator at a client site, you are a representation of WorkSmart to our Client and External Candidates. You are an advocate for our relationship with them and can perform multiple job functions. As an Onsite Coordinator, you must be highly organized and possess attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency, along with solid oral and written communication skills. You must have the ability to work well with others, as well as be assertive and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office as well as possess the ability to easily learn new software applications. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Serve as the main contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employees 

·        Work closely with client managers to find solutions for recruiting/retention issues 

·        Work directly with the branch employees to ensure communication is strong

·        Conduct New Employee Onboarding/Orientations

·        Evaluate staffing strategy and plans 

·        Coaching/counseling and mentor employee as needed

·        Conduct and document any performance or disciplinary actions

·        Oversee performance reviews for current and future employees

·        Perform and report on attendance tracking daily

·        Conducts client reporting needs daily 

·        Daily meetings/check-ins with Manager

·        Recruiting to meet client expectations as needed 

·        Other approved duties as assigned by Management


Requirements:

·        1-3 years’ experience to include Staffing, Recruiting, and/or Client Relationship role 

·        Working knowledge of ATS systems 

·        Prior experience in a manufacturing environment 

·        Strong Excel Skills 

·        Outstanding personality both over the phone and in person to provide top notch customer service

·        Great communication skills

·        Exceptional organizational skills

·        Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others

·        Ability to take corrective actions when needed

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Nice to Haves, but Not Required:

·        Previous experience in a staffing firm

·        Experience with Bullhorn

·        Familiarity with Labor Laws

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This job will operate in a manufacturing environment and will routinely use standard office equipment. Sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, and reaching are frequently required of this job.
