**Responsibilities**:

- Have a reliable and local crew
- Must have experience installing TPO, PVC, EDPM BUR, Modified Bitumen
- Commitment to safety policies and ensure that all safety rules are always being followed
- Thoroughly clean job site
- Communicate with Superintendents and Foreman while onsite to address any problems (must have one English speaker on your crew)

What is offered to you and/or your crew:

- Consistent work up to 6 days per week and 12 months per year
- Excellent pay scales and opportunity for pay increases with a proven track record

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- At least one year of commercial flat roof systems (BUR, Modified, EPDM, TPO)
- Quality workmanship & excellent communication
- Motivated, organized, disciplined
- Your own truck and tools and proper insurance and licensing

**Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums**:
General Liability = $1,000,000 each occurrence

General Aggregate = $2,000,000

Worker's Comp = $500,000 each occurrence

Auto = $250,000 each occurrence
