Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Working closely with the NAM Line Manager and the General Manager of Canada, the North American Assistant Activations Manager will support determined strategy of NAM brand events, activations, corporate brand partnerships, owned retail enhancements and seeding within the North America Market. Assistant Manager will collaborate with the adidas Golf NAM Brand Marketing team, Global Brand Marketing team, adidas Golf Leadership team and other internal stakeholders to deliver critical brand and product stories to market.- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving concept through execution of all NAM Brand Marketing activations (3 to 5 per year) with oversight, direction, and support from Line Manager. This includes adapting provided strategy from concept through execution inclusive of but not limited to, event planning, attendee outreach and communication, visual merchandising, staff management, and event wrap-up, etc.
- Collaborate with NAM Brand Marketing team and Global Brand Marketing team to secure Athletes, Celebrities, Brand Partners, Media, Staffers, and accounts are all in attendance as needed to drive greatest ROI.
- Support NAM seeding efforts to support lead stories and campaigns. Partner with NAM media, brand partners, retail, WHS, and staffer teams needs are covered.
- Aid in creation, execution, and distribution of NAM seeding kits inclusive of product ordering, kit concepting and curation, as well as final execution. Partner with on maintaining relationship with external seeding kit partner.
- Partner with Global Marketing team on globally led seeding to ensure NAM needs are covered and delivered on time and in full.
- Assist in management of day-to-day operations of corporate brand partnership management inclusive of story support, content creation, and in-market execution. Partnerships can include but are not limited to PGA, LPGA, Golf Canada, AJGA, etc.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to form insights to optimize and streamline strategies, activities, and processes to ensure the brand stays ahead of trends.
