**Salary**: $70,000 - $78,000 annually, plus potential additional optional compensation. This position will be in-office during the training and development phase. After this period, it will transition to a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work.

- Rapidly respond to schedule changes and client requests, ensuring effective communication and redeployment of staff
