Role Summary: Blue Line Security Solutions is seeking a committed individual to become part of our team as an Unarmed Security Officer. This position is essential in safeguarding our client's facilities, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess keen observational skills, strong communication capabilities, and the professionalism to manage challenging scenarios effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to prevent and identify unauthorized activities.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms for any suspicious actions.
- Perform comprehensive inspections to secure all entry points.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of security-related incidents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Work collaboratively with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Engage in training programs to enhance professional knowledge.
- Execute other assigned responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the security field.
- State certification and PERC Card are mandatory.
- Understanding of legal regulations related to security operations.
- Proficiency in report writing.
- Outstanding surveillance and observational skills.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- A High School diploma is required; additional education is preferred.
