The General Manager - Track Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performance racing facility. This includes ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the staffing of the facility, including recruiting, hiring, training, and disciplining employees.
  • Ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and clean condition, and that all equipment and machinery are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the facility's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the facility's compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage and oversee the facility's marketing and promotional efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the racing or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a high-performance racing facility.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws governing the racing industry.
Working Conditions

The General Manager - Track Operations will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and high levels of stress. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to make quick decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
