**About This Role**:
**Primary Job Duties Include**:

- Supervise the administrative team for the Land Development Division
- Provide direct support to the Land Development Division Leadership Team
- Assist the Land Development Division Chief with meeting preparations
- Serve as the Secretary to the Prince William Board of Zoning Appeals

**Minimum Requirements**:
High School Diploma or G.E.D and 3 years of related (administrative support) experience.
**Preferences**:

- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Experience providing administrative support to management and senior level staff
- Experience taking meeting minutes
- Experience with assisting with meeting setup
- Experience with assisting with meeting information website posting
- Experience managing an organization's main phone line
- Experience handling and processing confidential matters

**Work Schedule**:
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Ability to telework 2 days a week after the first 6 months._ _This is a telework-eligible position that may change to in-office scheduling if business needs change._

**Starting Salary Range**:
$28.32 - $34.83
