**What we do**:
We manage a flight school with an accelerated airline pilot training course. We operate a fleet of about 30 airplanes and have hundreds of pilots in training, and flight instructors and maintenance personnel.

In this role we will need this person to keep track of student progress. Making sure to diligently make sure all student data is up to date every day. Making sure all ratings, hours flown, and hours used are kept up to date. Communicating with other staff, departments, and students. Working with flight operations, scheduling, and enrollment to furnish reports and go over data needed to make sure we are 100% accurate for our students. Experience setting up complex reporting is critical.

**The Job**:
Keep track of student progress while they are in our program

Perform office admin tasks

Educating students on their progress

Excellent with Microsoft business apps and software

Generate reports for specific needs

Use consumer tech as needed to complete tasks (computers, tablets, phones etc.)

**Education**:
High School or Equivalent

**Applicant Qualities**:
Very tech savvy and able to learn software quickly

Ability to multi-task successfully

Can work and learn in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to take instruction

Positive attitude and be very collaborative

Great with problem solving and meeting deadlines

Excellent at troubleshooting software needs

**Schedule**:
8 hour shift

Monday - Friday

Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

1 year using Microsoft PC and MS office apps

Tech savvy

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
