**Minimum Qualifications. Applicants must**:

- Have a valid Bachelor’s degree **-or-** have a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency supplemented by some college course work and considerable progressive human resources experience.
- Have prior experience working in an office environment performing human resources related duties.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
- Be able to independently plan and schedule time to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Be able to analyze and successfully resolve technical and administrative problems.
- Have prior experience providing customer service.

**Desirable Qualifications. Preferred applicants**:

- Have prior experience in Human Resources, particularly with pre-employment background investigations, HRMS database entry, and new employee onboarding.
- Are proficient in the use and operation of HRMS systems, preferably Oracle eBusiness Suite.
- Have prior experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures.
