Position Overview

Role Responsibilities
The HRFS Delivery Analyst will collaborate within a team to manage Application Data Maintenance for our clients. The Analyst may participate in client meetings or calls, supporting a Functional Lead.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Addressing support tickets submitted by clients for individual or bulk updates within the application (Oracle Fusion Global Human Resource Cloud).
2. Engaging in troubleshooting efforts to identify the root causes of data discrepancies.
3. Analyzing data monitor outputs and proposing enhancements for new data monitors.
4. Assisting in the development of system testing specifications and participating in test execution, including running test scenarios and resolving discrepancies.
5. Maintaining system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
6. Conducting daily communications with internal and external team members, including Subject Matter Experts, to relay or gather critical information.
7. Participating in impact analysis for client-proposed change requests.
8. Aiding in the automation of data update requests and processes using Alteryx or similar tools.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Global Human Resources, Global Payroll, Business Intelligence, or Absence Management).
- Experience working with or for an HR outsourcing firm.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft and/or SAP payroll processing.
- Knowledge of case management systems (e.g., Jira, Siebel, or Workflow).

Minimum: 44,600 USD
Maximum: 70,800 USD
