**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage T86 operations, ensuring adherence to import regulations and company protocols.
- Prepare and manage import documentation, including 225 and DO.
- Liaise with international suppliers, trucking companies, customs brokers, warehouses, and last-mile vendors to facilitate the transportation of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse, to maintain operational fluidity and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Promptly resolve any import-related discrepancies or challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in air import operations/ T86.
- Availability for weekend shifts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in Chinese preferred.
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
