**Job Summary**: The Accounting/Payroll Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to the Company. This employee will make sure that all requests for payment have been authorized and that payments are made within reasonable and/or contracted periods of time. This position will also take the lead in processing the largest Company expense, which is payroll.

**The Incumbent should succeed if they meet these KPI’s**:

- Timely Processing of Timesheet and payroll
- Accuracy of our Payroll
- Support of the Accounting Office
- Maintain Good Records

**Essential Functions for this position should include, but not limited to**:

- Support Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Cross trained with other members of the office to ensure appropriate coverage
- Maintain System Records & Filing
- Reconcile Sales Expense Reports & Credit Cards
- Reviewing all Timecards for Missing punches
- Processes payroll Weekly using provided software
- Creates the payroll journal entry and posts it in the accounting software
- Checking the number of hours employees worked vs. scheduled
- Reviewing all Timecards for Missing punches
- Verifies any expense reimbursement requests
- Conduct audit on Timesheets
- Calculating pay raises, shift payments and overtime compensation
- Validate and Enter Time off Requests
- Coordinates with HR to ensure that benefit withholdings, deductions, etc. are accurate
- Create ad hoc reports out of Payroll System/Timeclock system for Supervisor/Management
- Manage Benefits for upcoming enrollments, open enrollments, billing, terminations, changes, etc
- Reconcile all Benefits with Monthly Billing
- Issuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete them
- Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, paystubs, and other payroll matters
- Setting up direct deposits
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Ø Minimum of 3 - 5 Years experience in Accounting Functions

Ø Must have experience in ERP Systems such as SAP or Oracle

Ø Should experience in any Payroll System

Ø Must possess strong mathematical and reasoning skills

Ø Must have some general accounting experience

Ø Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Ø Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

Pay: $46,509.81 - $56,011.81 per year
