Job Description: This individual must:

- Have at minimum six months professional caregiver experience
- Be local to the Beaumont and surrounding areas.
- Have a current Texas Driver's License
- Go out into community to recruit caregivers
- Make weekly mentoring phone calls
- Focus on caregiver retention
- Schedule interviews
- Be patient with other staff, clients and families on the phone
- Follow proper phone etiquette
- Staff client cases as openings arise
- Work shift in client’s home if caregivers or care leaders are unable to fill shift
- Attend meetings at our office to get updates on caregivers/clients

This person would need to be available every other week as follows:
Hours**:Every Other Week-ON CALL**
Monday 4:00pm to 8:00am
Tuesday 4:00pm to 8:00am
Wednesday 4:00pm to 8:00am
Thursday 4:00pm to 8:00am
Friday will be 4:00pm Friday evening to 8:00am Monday morning
Daily Pay Rate:
$35 per day during the week
$100 per day on the weekend

*Hourly rate is paid if needed to work in a home. This would be in addition to daily pay rate.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
