- **Client Needs Identification**: Identify client needs and arrange meetings between prospective clients and our company President.
- **Sales Reporting**: Report sales results weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Vice President and President.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with new products and services through continuous training.
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as clients' point of contact regarding service requests.
- **Service Ticket Management**: Triage incoming service tickets and phone calls, assessing technical issues to appropriately define their impact and urgency.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Manage pending service requests to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
- **Ticket Escalation and Dispatch**: Escalate, schedule, and dispatch service tickets based on the priority of requests.
- **Real-Time Documentation**: Thoroughly document tickets in real time, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Service Level Agreements**: Consistently exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- **Process Documentation**: Document internal processes and procedures for your duties and responsibilities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven B2B Sales Experience**: ideally within IT services, technology solutions, or related fields.
- **Communication Enthusiast**: Enjoys engaging in phone conversations and possesses excellent verbal communication skills.
- **Self-motivated and Goal-Oriented**: Capable of working independently, driven by achieving targets and goals.
- **High Call Volume**: Comfortable making high outbound calls daily and following up on leads via phone.
- **Detail-oriented and Organized**: Meticulous in managing tasks and maintaining organization.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and technology advancements.
- **Inside Sales or Telemarketing Experience**: A background in inside sales or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM/PSA software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities.
- **Sales and Technical Acumen**: Ability to understand prospect needs and articulate our solutions effectively.
- **Proactive**: Takes initiative in finding new business opportunities and efficiently managing service requests.
- **Strong Written Communication**: Excellent written communication skills for engaging in conversations and follow-ups.
