Program Analyst I Hspd-12

Mayvin is seeking a **Program Analyst I** to support the Tactical Operations Division, Badging and Credentials/HSPD-12 office of the U.S. Marshals Service. This position requires challenging, varied work, involves some originality, and interpretation skills.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals
- Maintain a suspense system for the individual's assigned branch, identifying past due items and ensuring that due dates are met
- Provide accurate advice on matters necessary to carry out program policies
- Assist with ordering supplies
- Schedule appointments and maintain files
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to any of the branches in the USMS management on an as-needed basis

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a PIV Card or CAC card office (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a DOJ HSPD-12 office (preferred)
