Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAlluvionic is seeking a Program Analyst I Operations Security to support the Tactical Operations Division, Operations Security (OPSEC) office of the U.S. Marshals Service. This position requires more challenging and varied work and involves some originality and interpretation skills.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Clearance Required:  Active T4 Public Trust Background Investigation (BI)

This is an ON-SITE Position

Responsibilities:
  • Monitors the following shared OSP mailboxes daily (InTP, OPSEC, SPM) and provides guidance to USMS personnel.
  • Reviews unofficial foreign travel requests from USMS personnel daily (USM-464, E2, iReport) to include all other reportable activities.
  • Prepare and send email correspondence related to unofficial foreign travel daily to include providing guidance and reminder emails e.g., iReport, USM-464, etc.
  • Prepare reminder email correspondences and sends calendar invite on the 1st of every month for the monthly HQ shred run (Springfield and Arlington).
  • Updates and coordinates the HQ Elevator Lobby Monitor slide for the monthly HQ shred run via HQDigitalSignage email prior to the scheduled shred run date.
  • Executes the monthly HQ shred run every 3rd Wednesday of the month and provides all documentation to the USMS COR(s).
  • Develops new USMS Publications, Posters, and Forms in support of the OPSEC program.
  • Reviews the current (initial/annual) LearnUSMS training courses (OPSEC) and proposes changes or updates videos with the OPSEC Program Manager.
  • Assist with the National OPSEC Program (NOP): Annual Self-Assessment Checklist Program Draft for the OPSEC Program Manager’s review and consideration based on the guidance from OUSD(I&S).
  • Reviews and proposes changes to the OPSEC website.
  • Prepare documentation, email correspondences, and venue for OPSEC Month Campaign (January).
  • Update the Designations of District/Division Security Program Officers (DSPO) and District/Division Operations Security Coordinators (DOC).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
  • Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Government Travel clerk 
  • Previous Justice Security Tracking and Adjudication Record System (JSTARS) experience
