**NOW HIRING: Director of Human Resources**
**HR Director Responsibilities Include**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the nursing home.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the point of contact for benefits inquiries and enrollment.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
**HR Director Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
