Attention SHRM or HRCI professionals  Our Distribution client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage HR Functions related to Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Relations. A 4-yr Bachelor degree is required, and a SHRM certification is highly preferred. Their beautiful office is located in Somerset County, NJ, accessible from rt 78. Human Resources Generalist
Salary: approx. $70-85k 
Somerset County, NJ (near Bridgewater, NJ)
In Office

Responsibilities:
  • Perform Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Reconcile Benefit Statements, FMLA, Leave of Absence, and Disability
  • Manage Employee Relations including enrollments and terminations
  • Manage Performance Reviews in UKG software
  • Full Cycle Talent Acquisition and develop Processes and Procedures 
  • Process Office Administration, Building Management, Café Management
  • Assists CEO with expense reports

Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources or Business Administration Degree
  • At least 5-7+ yrs. of HR experience, a must
  • SHRM and HRI certifications, preferred 
  • UKG software experience required
