**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Engages as a key thought partner and trusted advisor to the VP, WW KarXT Brand Lead and their respective team. Serve as an active member of the WW KarXT Commercial extended leadership team.
- Provide oversight to the full BIA integrated book - of - work (forecasting, market research, analytics) for KarXT prioritizing and negotiating trade - offs according to business priorities. Inspires, coaches and develops team to deliver best - in - class BIA integrated functional deliverables against priorities.
- Establishes aspirational yet defendable revenue expectations for KArXT (expected deliver >$XX in 2030). Ensures full transparency around business risks & opportunities and identifies actionable levers to activate upside Commercial potential.
- Embeds BIA capabilities into business decision - making influencing the pull through and action on the business for greater Commercial s uccess. Ensures BIA capabilities are delivered effectively and efficiently, with urgency, agility, innovation and a growth mindset, while upholding intellectual and company integrity.
- Partners collaboratively with WW Commercial BIA counterpart, Central Capability Teams, and Commercial BIA LT to deliver integ rat ed value of insights with analytics and engage with executive stakeholders on the full range of key business questions to inform: annual strategic plans, long - term financial plans, GT development milestones, annual brand plans and budgets, updated projections, and on - going local market commercial performance.

**Stakeholder Partnership**:

- Lead a team of on-site and off-shore high-performing BIA individuals who provide value-creating decision support to KarXT Brand.
- Provide day-to-day strategic guidance and support to WW KarXT Commercial and their leadership team to maximize Commercial potential
- Develop BIA plans and budgets aligned to business needs through collaboration with stakeholders and other BIA team members. Proactively partner to identify knowledge gaps/needs, shape and properly define research/analytics questions to address business issues. Actively eliminate low value activities, and continuously reevaluate the prioritization and focus of the team to drive the business forward on highest priorities, while creating synergies and eliminating duplication.
- Generate & defend all revenue scenarios in support of financial budgets, projections, and R&Os. Generate and consistently communicate a detailed understanding of the drivers of Commercial performance.
- Consistently deliver timely customer-centric insights, analytics and market perspectives that unlock growth potential and create competitive advantage. Influence the pull-through of insights to action on the business in service of developing and delivering more medicines, to more patients, faster.
- Work with BIA, Commercial and Finance LT members for relevant TA scope to shape the internal/external company narrative by providing key data points, timely customer insights and strategic market perspective for quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences and other key external events.

**Commercial BIA Team Leadership and Functional Expertise**:

- Support the KarXT team in the effective transformation of the new One BIA delivery and operating model in collaboration with the Commercial BIA leadership team, Commercial leads and US neuroscience BIA team. Ensure seamless coordination between business-facing teams, Central Capability Teams and the new Hyderabad team/office.
- Coach and develop team on career aspirations and effectively manage talent to maintain engagement, career growth, and commitment to BIA and/or Commercial career paths at the company.
- Establish, embed, and maintain a single high-performing culture across the new WW Commercialization BIA team. Create a strong environment for collaboration, capable of adapting to the dynamic needs of the business. Champion a global culture of diversity & inclusion.
- Role model BMS behaviors of Accountability, Passion, Urgency, Innovation, Inclusion, and Integrity. Understand, demonstrate, and drive adherence to all BMS operating policies.

**Experience**:

- Forecasting, insights & analytics leader capable of operating with a significant degree of independence
- Degree /Certification: BA/BS in relevant functional discipline required; MBA or MS/MA preferred
