About the Role:

The Director of Commercial Data Strategy & Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that supports the commercial goals of UroGen. This includes understanding the data needs across the enterprise, managing UroGen's commercial data foundation, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with UroGen's commercial goals
  • Manage UroGen's commercial data foundation, including data acquisition, integration, and management
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance, data quality assurance, and data validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a centralized data platform
  • Develop and execute a plan to maximize self-service capabilities for internal users
  • Guide data and technology platforms to select and implement required data architecture, aggregation, and management platforms

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of professional experience in data, commercial operations, IT, analytics, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or related field
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in implementing data strategy, governance frameworks, and driving continuous improvement
  • Knowledge and experience with business systems requirements analysis, data and analytics platforms, and process quality management
  • Experience across a variety of life sciences commercial data use cases such as targeting, forecasting, promotional analytics, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Programming skills in Python, R, or Java for data manipulation, automation, and model development
  • Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques
  • Machine learning and AI knowledge with experience in predictive analytics, clustering, and classification tasks
