Office Hours 830am - 5pm

**Duties**:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct health assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Document patient information, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Experience in family planning, acute pain management, health coaching, specimen collection processing, sterile processing, gastric lavage, and coding is preferred.
- Knowledge of the DSL (Data Soft Logic) system is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Current state RN license.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
