Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the front office team, including training and information to effectively perform their job
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates
  • Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash handling procedures to company standards
  • Provide a world-class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure's through ongoing training and monitoring

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
