Also need to be dependable, be able to multi-task, and handle a fast pace work environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling shipments-data entry
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
**Skills**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task at fast pace, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent
- Freight / Transportation knowledge
- For this position, you _**must have a flexible schedule**_ _to accommodate shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm CST with weekdays M-F. This is a _**fully in-person role**_._
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
