**What you will do**:

- Dispatch our technicians
- Strong customer service skills
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Dispatch and coordinate part pick ups
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound/outbound customer service

**What you bring**:

- 2+years dispatch experience
- 2+ years customer service experience
- HVAC/Plumbing dispatch experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude

**Pay Transparency**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
