Northeast Metro Tech High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Administrator of Technology and Facilities. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the school's technology infrastructure and maintenance operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the school's technology resources, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and digital tools used for school operation.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of school facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe and functional environment for students and staff.
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans to support academic and career technical, programs, admissions, registration, student information systems and administrative operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technology and maintenance-related contracts, purchases, and services.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on the use of technology tools and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of technology and maintenance systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other school administrators, teachers, and staff to integrate technology into the curriculum and enhance the overall learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to technology assets, maintenance activities, and service requests.
- Stay current with technological advancements and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing school operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and evaluate the employees of the Information Technology Department
- Supervise and evaluate the employees of the Maintenance Department

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree
- Minimum of 10 years previous experience in technology management, maintenance, or facilities administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
