**Position Overview**

**Major Responsibilities/Activities**
- File setup
- Application data verification
- Loan costs and fees verification
- Vendor verification
- Determining, requesting and gathering applicable applicant documentation
- Issuing initial and amended LE and disclosures
- Requesting and gathering applicable documentation for underwriting conditions
- Issuing initial and amended CD
- Issuing closing packages
- Responsible for working with customers via all channels of communication.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and secondary market guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Attends/completes relevant courses and seminars, as assigned.

**Qualifications, Requirements and Skills**
- Minimum of five or more years' experience in residential loan administration.
- Extensive working knowledge of Encompass LOS
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae products and guidelines.
- Knowledge of other secondary market products and guidelines.

**Other Skills/Abilities**
- Exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task and a cooperative team approach is essential.
- Proficiency in all relevant computer technology.
- Adherence to corporate dress code.
- Regular attendance and punctuality is essential to this position.

Pay: $58,300.00 - $64,300.00 per year
