Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our team. The Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, performing data entry tasks, and supporting the organization in various administrative functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Manage and update databases with a high level of accuracy
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with order entry and transcribing information into electronic formats
- Utilize Excel to create and manage pivot tables for data analysis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across systems
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in administrative or office roles
- Proficiency in basic math skills for data calculations
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with Excel for creating pivot tables
- Competency in typing and navigating various systems
Pay: $22.29 - $26.85 per hour
